i was absolutely disappointed with breakfast messups, which could've been fatal! they promised to accommodate my allergies, but it was a disaster. also, no special treatment at all—i expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but no one even bothered. just couldn’t write a good review after that. shame, really.
